    Experiencing ice buildup in the top freezer compartment of refrigerator. Called Zach and spoke with him on two occasions, discussing a possible cause/repair and associated cost versus replacing the refrigerator. He was responsive and very helpful! Will call him again when in need of appliance servicing. Thank you, Zach!

    We recently experienced an alarm from our 3 year old dishwasher indicating a leak. There was no visible water in, under or around the dishwasher. After unsuccessfully troubleshooting the problem, we called several local appliance repair businesses in Sussex County, but could not find a well rated provider that would service the LG dishwasher. In desperation, I then called Ski Electronics located in up in Newark in New Castle County because he is an LG certified technician with great reviews. Zach returned my call promptly, explained he was an independent contractor and we were out of his service area. He then asked several questions about our problem and the series of events that led to the alarm going off. He said he was pretty sure it was a problem with the positioning of the drainage hose from the garbage disposal that was recently reinstalled (due to a new sink). He sent us a picture via text of what the proper positioning of this hose should look like and sure enough, it was not as it should be. A simple repair was suggested and the problem went away.

    I can’t thank Zach enough for his time and expertise over the phone. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced as he was able to figure out our problem just by listening to our situation. He was so generous with his time in helping us and he completely impressed us with his professionalism. I’d give him 10 stars if we could! Many thanks for helping us through this frustrating situation.
