5 starsThank you to the 58 Foundations crew, ****** ****** ******* *** *****, for doing a great job fixing the 100 year old foundation in my basement. The walls were in terrible shape, literally disintegrating, and there was mold around the base. The crew cleaned up the debris, remediated the mold and parged the walls. It was quite a transformation, certainly more aesthetically pleasing and hopefully created a much needed moisture barrier. The crew worked hard to complete job and were thorough and respectful. A good experience all around, from the initial contact, prompt estimate, easy scheduling and experienced on-site crew. My thanks to all involved in the process!

5 starsThey installed two helical piers for foundation stabilization and waterproofed the crawlspace with french drains leading to two new sump pump. Pour new foundation on one corner that had crumbled. Added a dehumidifier and encapsulated the whole crawl space. We're extremely satisfied. They had the worst weather conditions with torrential rain two days then turn off cold with freezing weather but they kept on working. Thanks to the whole crew who worked on our job. Cam, Chad and Shawn and one other guy. Thank you so much. No more wet crawl space and my hardwood floors are no cold anymore.Review fromSM C

The Five Start Crew :Paul Pinto,Hilario Gordillo, Gustavo Gordillo and Wilson Pangan
completed our crawlspace conditioning job with efficiency and quality work. The crew was courteous and patient with our questions and request to assist in completing the job.
They provided multiple pictures of the finished work and counsel advice on what to expect and how to get annual service to assure long term success of the job. They took pride in cleaning the workplace and left no trace of the effort required to do this work.
I recommend 58 Foundations & Waterproofing if you have a damp basement or crawl space.

5 starsWe contracted with 58 Foundations to install a French Drain and Sump well in the garage due to underground water seepage. Everyone from the 58 Team was fantastic, from the Scheduling office, Mike the Structural expert, the contract team. Paul and John did a fantastic job on site. Highly recommend having 58 F&W take a look at your issue if you're having water or foundation problems!
