      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
      **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.
      We are trying to receive a full refund for the job done by bath fitter. We have lost confidence after 4 failed attempts to get a finished product installed. Seeking full refund to repair damage to home and have alternate contractor repair, remove, install shower.

       ous tear out. Towel bar placed 10 inches higher that previous. 83 inches from floor. Also caulking is sub standard/poorly done. Homeowner missed work for install
      3/29/23 Warranty department notified.
      4/5/23 Technician Supervisor visits. *****. Full tear out scheduled
      5/1/23-5/2/23 3rd attempt. 8;30am Technician arrives for full tear out. ******. No other technician. Homeowner missed work 5/1/23, unable to miss work 5/2/23. Shower surround asymmetrical, damage to hallway walls, damage to front door hallway, ceiling scratched, tiles chipped and broken, neither towel rod or towel bar correct height or width(crooked), wall seem at window not tight to window sill nor straight vertically.
      5/8/23 10:30am (not sure on date)Customer service manager, Chris, arrives to inspect. Schedules full tear out included shower tub base removed. Scheduled 2 days of work. Homeowner cannot miss work again.
      5/16/23 Homeowner notified work order changed to single long day for next install.

      We have received the customers concerns and are actively working to reach a resolution. On 6/4 the customer informed us that the amount they are requesting in compensation has changed, thus leading us to need additional time to resolve this. The customer has our direct contact information at this time and we will do all that we can to reach an agreement by the next business day.

      We called the customer to confirm that this rejection was submitted prior to the issue being resolved, but received after the fact. The customer is satisifed with the agreement reached with the company at this time.
