    I made a appointment for my daughter who is 14 to get her hair braided by this business I paid her 250 dollars for this style for the owner of the shop to than charge me 14 year old another 100 for the style I had already paid her 250 for the owner had done my daughter hair before back in December and it was the same style and the owner informed me it would be 250 which was the same price as before..I contacted the owner when my daughter returned home from her appointment and informed me about the 100 cash app that was sent to the owner of the store the same person who did her hair and my daughter had her sis send 100 cash app to the owner ..the owner refused to send the money back or respond the cash app was sent from my oldest daughter's cash app account but out of my bank account and I would like a refund for the 100 dollars which she refused to give back..I have found out this is not a licensed business which she informed me it was as well a refund for my 100 dollars that was cash app from my account she had my 14 old scared and confused and informed her that she had to pay it before she would be allowed to leave knowing I had paid at drop off as well as she didn't do the style that she had been paid for
