    Never do business with this company. The first device I was sent did not work. After being forced to spend 30 minutes on the phone with their owner discussing my issues with the device effectively serving as R&D for them, they then finally agreed to send me a return label and send a replacement device. After receiving the replacement device it did not work either. After repeatedly trying to contact them to return the device to no avail to get my money back I then filed a chargeback. Only then several days later did I finally recieve an email from them asking me why I filed a chargeback. I explained that I had not received a response and that is why I filed if. They then stated that they wanted me to return the device. I returned the device as stated but then never received a refund because they said because the chargeback was on file that “it would probably go through and I would get my money back”. After waiting a while I lost my chargeback case. This company stated that I needed to remove the chargeback in order for them to refund the money. I called my bank and did so 20 days ago and my bank said it would only take 7-10 days for the chargeback to be fully canceled. I asked them why they hadn’t refined me the money and they are now wanting me to wait 75 days to get my money back. This company is a scam.

    Glitched out 1st night stopped working this afternoon. Not happy with this purchase, no customer service phone number to call.
