I filed a poor review for Burke Equipment and after that filing they called me to resolve the complaint. They apologized for the miss understanding and offered to resolve the issue. I was pleased that they called and hope similar issues will not happen.

This business is difficult to deal with. I purchased a lawn mower from them but they were unwilling to service the lawn mower. I gave them the model number and hrs of mowing but they still want the serial number which i did not have,. Since the mower was purchased there they had all the info but still refused to service the mower. I would suggest people should take care purchasing products from this company.

Nice talking to Mr. Strickler on the phone. When Mr. Strickler called in, our service staff tried to pull up Mr. Stickler's equipment up on his account and found nothing. We didn't realize until later that the mower the Strickler's bought was purchased under his wife's name (unfortunately, our system didn't link the 2 different accounts). To help find the mower in our system, the service staff ask for his mower serial number and Mr. Strickler did have that information handy. I'm sorry that this frustrated Mr. Stickler. We should have suggested just bring in the mower and we will figure it out. To earn back Mr. Strickler's business, I hope he takes my offer for a discount off his service bill.
