    01/11/2024 I joined the Graystone Trading options trading program. I was given false information during a sales call and advertising that the company failed to deliver. I attempted many times to resolve this issue through proper means directly with the company, and they refuse to honor their refund policy. The services provided by the company do not match what they advertised, or what they claimed during a recorded call. They are aware of their false claims and refuse to honor their refund policy. This is an egregious business practice that needs to be addressed

    Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns raised in Complaint ID 22843112. We take all customer feedback seriously and are committed to resolving issues in a fair, timely, and transparent manner.

    After reviewing our records regarding the customer’s concerns about the Graystone Trading options trading program, we would like to clarify that a full refund was issued on January 29th of 2025. This refund was processed in accordance with our established refund policy and addresses the financial aspect of the matter. We communicated to Trevor that the refund was initiated at that time.

    Please be assured that we continuously review our communication and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and clarity. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Better Business Bureau:


    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have refunded my money. I have no way of knowing if they have discontinued their false claims during advertising or during the sales process, but I will never refer this company to anyone. Thank you for my refund. It took extreme action to get, but the issue was resolved.
