    On 9/2/2022, I had a fence installed around my property. I paid approx $13,080.00. After the work was done, I had found some issues and addressed them with the owner of LSG Fencing (**** ******* & his girlfriend/business partner ******.) They had sent someone out to make the corrections. I then noticed that the latch/lock on the back yard gate was put on backwards. The latch part was facing out towards the public, not facing into the back yard and the double gate, which is 5 feet long each gate, (10 ft wide opening) and only has (1) drop rod on the gate with the latch/lock. The gate has a lot of movement in it with only the one drop rod. I told **** about this and him & ****** both came out and took a look at my compliant. **** told me that they would be back out to fix the latch/lock & to install another drop rod on the other gate. **** stated that he would be back out to fix my latch/lock and install a second drop rod. **** came back out and switched the latch/lock around, but never installed the other drop rod. **** advised me that he was sent the wrong one and would be back out to install it. When I went to unlock the back gate a few days later, the latch/lock would not release and I couldn't open the gate. I contacted **** and told him and he stated he would be out to fix it and to install the drop rod. **** never came back out and it's been several weeks now. I have been attempting to get a hold of either **** or ****** and they are no longer returning any of my messages via phone calls, text messages, & Facebook IMs. I have even attempted to reach out to **** ******* on his personal Facebook page with no luck. I still have the broken latch/lock & no drop rod. I have text messages supporting all allegations.
