      I took GOLO Release supplement for trial period and didn’t see any results. Then I read online that sometimes it takes longer. So I ordered another three month supply. What happened next is I started to feel extremely tired and lethargic when taking the Release formula. I also had a huge drop in my blood pressure and heart rate. Just felt really sick, tired and unwell. Also had an increase in urinating and unable to control it which did not happen until taking the product. So I stopped taking and feel much better. I reached out to the company for a refund of the 2nd order(bottles not opened) and they refused to offer me a refund even if product was returned. My friend also tried GOLO and now has developed Chronic Kidney Disease and has the same symptoms as I do. I am going to see a medical doctor and have a full health check up. I feel that this product is very unhealthy and can cause permanent damage to your health and internal organs. Something needs to be done!!

      I used GOLO for quite a few months with no results. I adhered to a better daily diet as well as a life style change with no noticeable results. Using the product as recommended, I would lose 1 or 2 pounds and then gain them back in a few days. When I called, I was offered additional supplements at an additional cost. I have since stopped taking this product . I have now transitioned to another weight loss program and am already seeing positive results without the expensive GOLO price tag.

      This is a fraudulent claim - I did not authorize use of my credit card for any type of pills, diet or otherwise. I am not familiar with GOLO, LLC. Note that credit card was reissued by US Bank about a week ago. Charge was reversed while "pending" in bank account.

      Order ID is AT135841. I ordered a Aero Trainer. I received the package with the Aero Trainer and pump only. The Aero Trainer I received is defective. It will NOT stay inflated. I have emailed Aero Trainer support twice. I get confirmation emails they received the email and will get back to me. I have received NO response. I want to return this defective unit. It is defective and does not hold air. I do not want a replacement. If they do not respond to emails then that shows their service is horrible.

      I am so sorry that you had trouble with your Aerotrainer. I can see that you emailed us initially on Friday, 8/30, and then again Wed 9/4. GOLO customer service is closed on weekends, and this week, we were also closed for the holiday on Monday. Emails are typically answered within 48 business hours, so unfortunately, we are just now getting to your emails. I do apologize for the delayed response. 

      We sent instructions on how to return for a full refund; however, if you change your mind and would like a replacement, we can send that out as well, and a return of the defective unit will not be required. If you decide you would like a replacement, reply to the email that was sent today and we will get a new Aerotrainer sent right away!

      I ordered Golo to lose weight. They put out all these ads how effective they are. I spent almost $60.00 on the pills. They are a complete scam. They did not work. They advertise a money back guarantee but refused my refund

      Does not work as claimed. I purchased the GOLO food (so I would be eating the right foods and for portion control) My usual diet included mostly processed food (Lean Cuisine for example, lots of carbs, salty snack and 2 bottles of wine a day)

      Ate 3 meals a day following the Golo plan with Golo food, no snacking, drank only water and tea with lemon. Followed the program. I walk dogs, do yard work, housework, but do not belong to a gym. I am in my 70s and gained weight during covid. After 1 week I did not even lose one ounce. But even worse I was hungry most of time, I lacked energy, and was so tired all day- struggled to do my daily activities.

      I did not contact GOLO to complain or ask for a refund. I like the food and will eat it but there is no point of taking Release or following their diet program religiously. I does not work. How could I not lose by giving up drinking 2 bottles of wine a day

      When followed as directed most people start to see results within the first 2-4 weeks. The customer mentions that they didn't lose any weight after 1 week. We would suggest giving the program more time to see if it will work for them because 1 week is typically not enough time to know if any program is going to work. Additionally, when you make a big change to your diet such as removing processed foods, lots of carbs and alcohol, it can take your body a bit of time to adjust. This was most likely the reason that the customer felt tired and lacked energy. 

      We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on the GOLO for Life plan and Release however, it looks like this order was placed back in December 2023 so unfortunately, the timeframe for returns has passed.       They're making it hard to get my refund!!!! Want all the crap advertising papers enclosed with bottles of Golo, and, will not pay return postage.
      It clearly does not work. It's a gimmick. Nobody saved the garbage advertisement papers so, that was a requirement of refund. Who knew?

      I never received the booklet they are talking about but I did get "THE GOLO SMART CARD" I haven't discarded the sheet they are requesting! I followed instructions on bottle and followed smart card for meals. I was told if not all contents will return it would diminish my return amount this is my complaint. The only thing I disposed of was the box that it came in.

      I reached out to the co for a return refund on a product I had purchased because I am not 100% happy withthe product or service I was told GOLO comes with a 60 day money back guarantee on your first order that begins on the day that you receive your package in the mail. Unfortunately, you have exceeded this time frame and you are no longer eligible for a return. We do offer free support to all of our customers and would be happy to see if we can review how you have been following the plan and make suggestions to get you on the right track.       Customer's order was placed on Sunday 4/21/24. Chose FREE shipping method, delivery for this option is 5-7 business days as is stated on the website. Customer emailed us on Wed 4/24/24 stating that he should have received his order in 2 days. Customer Service replied to him on 4/25/24 explaining the shipping timeframe for free shipping. He replied that this was unacceptable and requested a return. He was sent return instructions on 4/29/24. We will be happy to issue a full refund as soon as the order is returned.

      I have tried contacting them through their website on 4/23/2024 and again by phone on 4/26/2024, and I get no response. They claim they will respond within 2 days, but they did not.

      They have deactivated my GOLO account and I can no longer access it....They state "once a return is requested, your account is deactivated". Which makes it near impossible to reach them.

      This company makes bold offers about satisfaction guarantee with a 60 day refund policy but does not stand behind their offer.

      This product also made me extremely sick....I had a bowel blockage, then bowel bleeding for 7 days, and still have upcoming testing being done...Endoscopy scheduled for May 15, 2024. Even with all that I didn't lose weight!

      I really want a full refund. I see on their website they want the remaining product returned, which is rediculous and they don't state that in their advertising....Plus they won't even respond to me now anyways.

      There are countless stories on the internet (and BBB) of this company doing the same thing to many customers. They are truly a sleazy company !!. It almost kiilled me and all I am asking for is what they offer....a full refund! I should be asking for a lot more....My ER bill is $9,000.

      The phone number GoLo lists is a bad number 1 800 730 4656 and 1 800 530 4656. Tried to call to obtain refund authorization number. It just hangs up

      800-730-4656 is a valid phone number and is functioning properly. We have not had any reports of problems with this number and receive hundreds of calls each day. 

      The second number listed is incorrect. It is 888, not 800. 888-530-4656. This number is also functioning properly. 

      I have reviewed this customer's account and she emailed us on 3/25/24 requesting a return. We responded that same day with a return authorization. Once the return package is received, we will process the refund for this customer.
