    Scam of an insurance company. They DO NOT have any primary care providers in Delaware accepting any new patients ANYWHERE in the near future. I spent HOURS on the phone with their reps who could not find one or the one said she found one and put me through to a chiropractor.... They are idiots to work the phones who do not under the health system or the difference between a Chiropractor or a primary care.

    Do not use AM Better health, it is a scam and I will be reporting this illegal front of a company.

    Horrible, horrible, horrible. Would give them no stars if possible. Waiting for a preauthorization for an MRI for a fractured knee for over 3 weeks. You call customer service, they put you on hold for 45 minutes then hang up on you , again and again. They tell you they can't find record of the request for preauthorization, even though you spoke to the doctor while they sent it over to them. They have providers listed on the online list of in-network providers and then deny the claim saying the provider is out of network. When you call to get a list of in-network providers, they either give you the same one that they just denied or give you some in a different field, like pediatrics!
    Today I called, and they said they don't even have record of the request for the MRI. I have spent hours and hours and hours on the phone with this company, and all they do is stonewall. Meanwhile, I can't get treatment for the knee until my doctor has the detail of the injury that can only be provided by an MRI.
    Buyer beware - don't choose this company when getting insurance through healthcare.gov
