    We Hired Chris and Federico Alvarez Landscaping June of 24 they got us going in July ! We had a Trex Deck and a Paver patio installed! I can’t describe how satisfied me and wife are with the job Chris and his crew did! I would definitely use them again in future projects as the attention to detail, clean up and even the care of fixing your yard after construction! They are a top notch crew and a tight nit family company! 5 star job , thanks again Chris and Crew! Mr Dan!

    I hired Chris to build a patio in my backyard and I’m very happy with the outcome. It was a great experience from initial quote through the completion of the project. Chris was able to provide detailed information to guide us through the design, which led to us having the perfect finished product. Eddie was our foreman and he was a master craftsman. He completed every cut and detail himself and the patio looks incredible. It was a great experience and I’ll be continuing my relationship with the company as I will begin weekly landscaping services with them as well. Highly recommend!

    Hired Chris and his team for our back yard patio. Great experience from start to finish. Professional and responsive.

    Chris helped us pick the right design for us with resources, books, and a digital design tool so we could visualize the project. He was always available to answer any questions before and during the project.

    The foreman Heriberto was very helpful and worked with us throughout the project to make sure it turned out exactly how we wanted it. Him and his team were great to work with.

    Highly recommend.

    I hired Federico Alvarez landscaping to do a patio and outdoor kitchen it came out phenomenal. He was very professional and was easy to get a hold of when I had questions. I recommend this company to everyone looking for this service the best in Delaware

    Very unprofessional. Chris came out to inspect my job request. Told me he would get back to me that day. Didn’t happen. Contacted Chris about quote told me he would get back to me next day. Didn’t happen told me he was out in field would get back to me. Never happen. I understand a job may be too small to consider, but at least have the courage and courtesy to say so
