      William and the crew from WB Lightning Rods were great. Customer Service and communication are so important. He got back to us quickly with a quote and an approximate date for installs. All of our neighbors were very pleased with their quality of work, timeliness of the install and a team member being on site to field any questions they might have. We don't think things could have gone better from start to finish. They are a very professional and knowledgeable company with an informative website. We highly recommend WB Lightning Rods.

      I had a copper lightning rod system installed on my house with WB lightning rods yesterday. William was a pleasure to work with. He and his entire team were polite, professional and efficient. I was impressed by how the installers tucked the cabling where they could on the roof to make it less noticeable. You can barely tell where they had to disturb the lawn to put the ground rod in. They replaced the mulch and landscaping and it looked like it did before the installation. They did a very nice, neat, tidy job of installing and cleaning up. William took all the time I needed to answer my questions thoroughly. I also thought the price was fair. I highly recommend William and WB lightning rods.

      Today WB Lightning Rods installed a copper lightning rod system on my home in Central Florida. This is the third home I have owned and used WB Lightning Rods to protect it. When I look at other homes in my community that had other companies install lightning rods, and compare them to the work done on my homes by WB Lightning Rods, there is no comparison in the overall quality of the job done. William and his team are top notch professionals, provide an outstanding product and service, and take pride in their work - they stand head and shoulders above their competitors!

      They installed our lightning rods many years ago. We had to get a new roof and they put the lightning rods back up for us. They look brand new. Great communication. Very professional. I would highly recommend.

      We had an incredible experience with WB Lightning Rods! William and his team were absolutely fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. They installed lightning protection on both our home and our daughter’s, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. What really stood out was how kind and respectful they were — it honestly felt like we were dealing with family. They took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood exactly what was being done. Getting lightning rods installed has given us real peace of mind, and we’re so glad we chose WB. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable protection and outstanding service.

      ******* and his team have been working in our little community called Riverlights, which is located in Wilmington, NC, for about 2 and 1/2 weeks now. The neighborhood had a lightning strike that resulted in a devastating house fire. Everyone was safe - but the family lost everything. This was not the first home lost due to lightning as another was also struck back in 2023.
      Needless to say the families here were concerned and wanted some protection. A couple residents contacted WB Lightning Rods and they got going! They installed the lightning rod systems on home after home - the entire time answering questions from anyone who walked by. The team has been fabulous. The systems look wonderful and needless to say we all have some peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for lightning protection. 10/10 service and product.

      WB lightning rods did a phenomenal job and their service was top-notch. We felt their pricing was fair and in line with other companies they were on time they installed the lightning rods as quoted and answered all of our questions to help us make our decision. We highly recommend WB lightning rods for their service and quality product. ******* was very professional in his presentation and no pressure at all to purchase the lightning rods. We went with the copper rods and felt that everything was installed as we were told. Thank you for the great job. We recommend them 100% if you’re thinking about getting lightning rods, thank you

      ******* was awesome to work with! He was super helpful in explaining the difference in materials (copper vs aluminum) so we could make the decision that was right for us. Most importantly, he was incredibly professional, polite and was respectful of our time and property. Installation process was quick and easy. We love the peace of mind it gives since two homes in our community were recently struck by lighting. I promise you, you will love working with ******* and the job him and his son does. I wish all companies were this great to work with.

      Thank you, William and Joe, for the professional and prompt response and installation of our lightning rods. From the start, they were both courteous and took the time to understand our needs and took the time to explain/educate us about the equipment and installation. They listened to our concerns about aesthetics and did exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend them and thank them for the peace of mind they have given us.
