      Below is the complaint I made to their company

      Your business is deceitful. Your business practices unethical, your app and website misleading,difficult to navigate and understand. Your processing time is ridiculous. Customer service is none existent, I have emailed multiple times with no response. Absolutely ruthless payment process, when I had a overdue payment, instead of a phone call or text, Vola tried to withdrawl money from my account several times a day. Your repayment process cost me around 200$ in overdrafts. I suggest a much more customer friendly company that provides fast easy customer support, a website/app that is easy to navigate and clear on its business practices. I have never wrote a so harshly negative review about a business. I will be sending a copy of this complaint to the better business bureau

      Frustrated

      I have been trying to update my account information for MONTHS. THEY HAVE YET TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. Please answer me. I just need to update my banking information

      They keep taking money from my bank account despite revoking authorization and even canceling my old debit card they somehow got my new card number and are charging that now. I’m going to have to cancel my whole account to get this to stop!

      If I could rate them a minus 5 I would. I have contacted Vola numerous times asking for my account to be closed. I have followed their exact instructions to close my account, but they have still continued to charge me $15.99 for six months and will not get back to me. That is $95.94 I desperately need. I had to resign from my job because I have multiple sclerosis and I need all the money I can get. I have tried stopping payment, but they still manage to get their charge through somehow. How pathetic.

      Horrible customer service.

      They only have an email option and they apparently do not respond to that despite multiple emails across weeks. When dealing with peoples money, you need to have a strong customer service department.

      Just letting people/potential clients know. I sent an email to Vola advising them that I was revoking ACH authorization on any and all checking accounts and authorization to charge any debit cards provided for the purposes of payment/repayment of a loan. I also advised of the reasons for doing so.
      Vola still attempted to charge my debit card and bank account. I anticipated based on other reviews that they ignore ACH revocation requests (which, by the way, is illegal-a business must follow such a request), and I had already taken the necessary steps to notify my bank ahead of time about the business and place stop payment(s).
      Please save yourself the trouble and do not do business with this company.
