      I’ve ordered goods from USA to Tbilisi, Georgia store using Usa2Georgia service.
      It was just a canvas tote bag, a card holder and a belt. Their price is o dollars per kg. They then calculated volume weight somehow ridiculously so that my weight turned out to be 18 (!) kg which means I should pay unbelievable ridiculous amount of money, 428 gel (about 200 dollars). Another curious thing is they dispatched the parcel from USA to Georgia straight away after calculating and showing the volume weight on their website, I couldn’t even have them return the package back to online shop which I would definitely do otherwise, there is a return label and everything.
      Also they have this ‘cut down’ option which I checked but they never applied where they would re-pack the parcel to reduce volume. This company already had litigations with Georgian court and numerous cases of customer rights violation. Their 'customer support' is relatively responsive, however, they blatantly dismissed or ignored my concerns and refused to do anything to resolve the issue leaving me in a situation where my package is literally being held hostage unless I pay a huge ransom.
