  ***** and the team at Pike Creek Mortgage are amazing, courteous and professional. I worked with Brian for years on trying to close on a family property. And he kept answering my calls, giving tips and advice. Never paid him anything at those times. Years later he helped me finally achieve the goal! He could of gave up, he could of stopped calling or answering my calls but he did not. Pike Creek Mortgage kept me in the loop and feeling like i could grasp what was happening. Also checking in and updating me through the process, and multiple employees carried this behavior and class. Not just *****, And for that I am eternally grateful for him and the associates at Pike Creek Mortgage.

  The entire Pile Creek Team was fantastic as they helped us to easily navigate our recent home purchase. Kept us fully informed regarding the step-by-step process from initial communication to closing. Frank Thornton in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Was a pleasure doing business with Pike Creek Mortgage!

  Pike Creek Mortgage provided exceptional services. From initial call to closing table, they were there for me to answer every question with patience and clarity. I worked with Jamie H. and he was always available when I needed him. He also provided me with direction for resources for my needs (real estate agent, homeowner insurance resources, etc.). His resources (the ones that I used) were just as great as he was! Timely, consistent, helpful, and always cordial!

  I probably will not use this company again. After providing documents and signing my loan, I was forced to refinance my loan at their behest. I could not decline this and wonder how it will impact my credit in the coming months. Essentially, they did not properly calculate my down payment based on my eligibility. I had to refinance my home within 30 days of signing the original loan agreement and moving in, I had to resend in all my documentation that they should have had on file already. They promised to lock my rate and that I wouldn't have to come up with any additional funds for the refinance. As the day approached to resign, they told me I did need to come to the signing with a large sum for interest. Poor communication and bad experience all around. A month after the refinance, I am dreading getting another call from them that something else went wrong. They did pay the difference for the downpayment they incorrectly calculated but just a bad experience overall.

  Buyer beware. Pike Creek is not an ethical organization. Based on my experience with Pike Creek representatives I have come to conclusion that they are unethical and corner the clients into bad lending terms. Pike Creek team were engaged with me to close on a brand new construction. They maintained an illusion of rate lock and even got a ton of documents from me under the pretext that they were "extending" the rate lock. They did the "rate extension" twice. Exactly 1 week before the closing they sent a document to "lock" the rate. When I expressed my surprise, they maintained that rate is never locked until there is a clear closing date[almost in a condescending tone]. Naturally I wanted to review initial rate lock paperwork but Sean and team had cleverly deleted that from data room. It was too short a time for me to change lender so I was forced to accept new rate. Then Sean gave me a lot of rates [each one several points higher than market] with various cash-to-close amounts. At this time they cleverly did not disclose that they were hiding their fee in the guise of points and never offered 0 points rate option. Being a seasoned real estate customer this is the only broker I have come across that offered lowest lending cost of 2%. For my jumbo loans this was 1000s of $$s. Remember this is over and above all the other lending fees that they were going to collect. I only found out when they send closing disclosure to me for signature. When I questioned they bullied me with "if you go to other lenders now you will end up paying builder fees for each day of delay plus the rebate we are giving in transfer taxes. I pulled all my resources and closed the deal in cash. I am never going to engage Pike Creek ever again.
