      Absolutely the Worst I used the company to move from Pennsylvania to Connecticut. Per the manager's suggestion, I got two storage units. Items were labeled and numerous discussions had with the entire team on the plan and where things were to go. EVERYTHING has been piled into one unit minus approximately 10 items. My belongings are piled so high I cannot access anything. I am a 71 year old widow and have NO idea how get my items out. The boxes I have seen are crushed. The manger Bill Haywood was unsympathetic and honestly didn't care. Now and I stuck paying for two units because it is physically impossible for me to start moving items myself. Do not hire them. *Each unit is a 10'x20'

      Hello Ms. Hughes. We appreciate your feedback regarding your recent move with Bayshore. Our Team strives to make every move as stress-free and efficient as possible; therefore, wanted to provide additional information as noted in the customer move log. It's our understanding from the move coordinator during the check call everything went extremely well, however, I did review notes that also stated neither your daughter, Kelly nor You were willing to be at the delivery self-storage units to provide feedback or assistance to the driver; the notes mention it was too hot the day of delivery. Our team will work with the customer and work as efficiently / safely as possible to secure the boxes and again will take direction from the customer. If you would like to contact the office, please do so as we would like to discuss whatever boxes you mentioned were crushed, but again it appears we didn't pack the majority of the boxes as it reads "partial pack" mostly packed by owner - we're unable to determine if the boxes were properly packed with correct contents for box placement and if able to be stacked properly. Again, we strive to make every move as seamless as possible. Please feel free to contact the office to discuss further.

      ****** ****** **** ***** **** ******* are diificult to work with. I had 4000 dollars of damage to my furniture which Allied offered to pay $800 dollars on. ****** consistently hung up on me. **** did not answer my call. Please use someone else
