      I traded-in my vehicle to the dealership in Newark on March 1st. On March 28th I receive a call from their Finance department indicating that I owe them close to $1000 dollar. They indicated that it was their fault, but I owe them. I have other bills due and the contract was signed on March 1, 2023 when I drove off the lot.
      As a result of the pressure to pay from the dealership and creditor I had to fold that pending 1000 dollars (which they missed during the pay-off) into my monthly loan payment to resolve the matter.
      Update: I came in for an oil change in early June and ended with an almost $500 tab for rear break replacement, tire rotation etc. As a result of that work I am back at the dealership to get my car looked at because I have been hearing noises in my vehicle beyond their care.
      Since the onset of receiving my vehicle there have been challenges. It has been less than 4 months of purchase. This will probably be my first and last purchasing experience at the Hertrich Infiniti dealership in Newark, DE.
      I am super concerned and unsure, feeling like I am being taken advantage of as a woman and consumer. I just want an operable vehicle. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated in this matter.
