    Ordered, and paid for a kilt at the Stone Mountain Highland Games Oct 19th, 2024, they said it should be there in 3 weeks, it's been 5 weeks and they won't respond to either of my emails and their phone mailbox says it's full so not much help there. I don't think they have any intentions of sending me my "not" custom, pre-made kilt. Sadly, disputing the change today with Amex.

    I ordered a kilt on July 14, 2024 at one of the Scottish Highland Games and still have not received my kilt. I was told I could reach out by email to see when if and when it has been shipped. I have reached out numerous times through email, their website, and even their phone number. I have gotten no response. It is now October 7th.

    We have reached out to Jessica Barholt and have delivered the kilt and also sent a nice Heather Gem kilt pin with her order free of charge. We apologized as we had accidentally had the order marked as sent and we did find her emails in our spam box which does happen time to time. We sincerely apologized for our error.

    Update to my previous review. I was contacted by Meg and Matt after my last review. They had no idea there was an issue, they have maintained contact for the last few months and reordered everything and even threw in a couple extras for the delay. Thank you for making this right I truly appreciate it.

    We ordered a kilt for our son in May 2023. We were told 10 weeks for delivery. In September (17 weeks) we had still not received our order I sent an email requesting an update, no answer. In October I sent another email, no answer. Looked for a phone number to call can’t find one. November sent another email, found there address on instagram went to the location they are not there and still no answer. I will be pursuing a refund through my bank. Customer service is terrible no communication at all.
