  Zero stars! Do not book a condo with Resort Rental Pros. Book the condo directly with the place you’re trying to stay. Our reservation was booked 5 months in advance and they canceled our last 2 out of the 9 day stay a week before leaving for Branson during Thanksgiving week. We had to check-out of our condo on Thanksgiving day and then pay for another place for double the rate for the last 2 days. Resort Rental Pros said they would refund me for the last 2 days but they couldn’t issue the refund on my original credit card and would need my email address for PayPal. I received a refund less then amount that is was suppose to be and I also had to pay the PayPal fees to receive the refund. I will never book with Resort Rental Pros again. Stay away from this company or any property management company on VRBO!

  This business should be shut down. They are repeatedly canceling reservations at last minute in order to increase their rental rates.
  
  We booked 2 months in advance and fully paid for our 2-week stay. They canceled our booking 1 week prior stating that they could not reach the owner.
  
  No compensation, no alternate booking. Just sorry - we are cancelling your fully paid booking.

  I was just screwed by Resort Rental Pros.
  4 days before my vacation, they texted me that I had no reservation.
  They are a scam and need to be investigated.

  Scam! Booked for Myrtle Beach in March 2023, 9 days before our trip I received the following email which seems to be what’s happening to everyone!!! VRBO needs to remove this host….he’s been doing this for years according to the comments!
  
  We are reaching out in reference to your reservation booked in Wyndham Ocean Ridge.
  
  We are sorry to inform you that we are a management company and our owner client has been non responsive. Owner canceled the reservation without even informing us at the very last minute. Thus, we no longer have access to the reservation or your unit.
  
  A refund will be processed for 100% of your cost. Please be aware that your credit card company may take 3-5 business days before the credit hits your account.
  
  The cancellation status will reflect on the website in the next 24 hours.

  Scammers. I paid for a reservation through VRBO and Christian at RRP was rated as a top host and had several listings. Our trip was cancelled 2 days before our check-in date because they didn't have a reservation. They said they couldn't refund it to my credit card. I'm working with VRBO to recover my funds.

  Used this company to book a vacation in July in a 2 br at Wyndham in Nashville. I booked the vacation in November and my card was charged at the time of booking. I received a text 2 weeks before my arrival that my rental wasn’t available. Their text stated that the owner cancelled the reservation without consulting them but they had a 1 br unit available for a 25% discount. I’m taking 5 people on vacation. I asked for two 1 br units (not available). They completely screwed up everything. I tried calling. Not even a voicemail answered. I don’t feel they should use VRBO if this is what they offer. Terrible company. I hope they meet karma in a back alley somewhere. I tried to reach out to VRBO, which is an exercise in futility. I will NEVER again use VRBO and highly recommend no one else does either.

  This criminal theft ring is making a mint on VRBO's website. I booked 3-day accomodations on the VRBO website in October 2022 for July 19-22, 2023 for San Diego for $1,200. Of course they required my payment in advance, again via VRBO website.
  
  On 7/12/23 (one week before I was to travel & check in), I rec'd this msg;
  "Christian sent a message2 days ago - Hello,
  We are reaching out in reference to your reservation booked in Club Wyndham Harbour Lights.
  We are sorry to inform you that we are a management company and our owner client has been non responsive. Owner canceled the reservation without even informing us at the very last minute. Thus, we no longer have access to the reservation or your unit. A refund will be processed for 100% of your cost. Please be aware that your credit card company may take 3-5 business days before the credit hits your account."
  
  These criminals need to be held accountable...and VRBO is an accomplice for not preventing these idiots from stealing via their website.

  Unfortunately, I did not check BBB before using VRBO and paying Resort Rental Pros. My family booked (2) condo's at a Wyndham Report in Florida. Christian RRP (Resort Rental Pro's) took our money 3 months in advance and of course did not have real reservations for us. Days before arrival, and after tons of phone calls. Christian RRP cancelled (1) of our reservations, but we saw this coming per the 55 BBB complaints. Christian RRP would NOT cancel our 2nd reservation stating we would lose of money. Vacation was terrible with 1/2 the family at the Sheridan and the other 1/2 at Wyndham.
  
  I called VRBO to complain and realized they have 4,000 BBB complaints and essentially do not care. No one from customer support called me back after creating 2 different case numbers.
  
  The kicker is that VRBO would not allow my negative review to be posted stating it was a customer support issue. I will NEVER use VRBO again and will tell EVERYONE I know not to use VRBO.

  I'd give Christian zero stars if it were an option. Lesson learned - research the host before booking. Shame on VRBO for letting this "company" still operate(scam) through them. Now - 3 days before my family is supposed to leave on our one vacation we get a year - I now have to break it to my young children that our trip is cancelled. My in laws reserved a property for the same week and the same thing happened to them.
