    On June 13, 2024, I visited Perfume Point and purchased one bottle of Candy by Ktoret. At the time of purchase, the clerk had informed me that there was a 60% off deal and that the bottle would only be $85. The package did not have any price listed on it, and when the clerk swiped my card prompting the POS to request my signature, no price was displayed on the display either. After the transaction was complete, the clerk folded the receipt inwards so as to conceal the text and handed it to me alongside the product. After I left, I opened the receipt and saw the charge was $185. I immediately returned to the store in order to request a refund, but the clerk insisted that they said $185 and not $85, and that the storefront issues no refunds. I am currently working with my bank to refute the charge, but exchanged the bottle for store credit in the event that this refutation is unsuccessful.

    This store would not give me my money back for something I wanted to return. Filed a claim against this store with my bank. They refused to refund my money and to the bank claiming they have legal rights. I already gave them back the perfume and they still have the store credit. I didn't use any store credit. I haven't been back to this store since October. My banked asked me to take nothing from them. So I took nothing from them now I have nothing to show that I was even in that storebecause of my bank.
