Horrible company!!!!! I ordered the CT160 incubator. It arrived with box intact and foam around the incubator intact. Incubator itself has deep cuts, the wrap is coming off, it was dirty (black marks and dead grass inside!!!!). Customer service blamed shipping. Plugging it in after cleaning it up discovered the humisonic outlet did not work and the tank filter leaked allowing water to flood everything. When I asked for a return due to these issues, I was told I would have to pay to return it! Wtaf!! Decided screw that I'll try to fix it. They sent the new parts (wouldn't even offer replacement) and we got it fixed, only to discover the light doesn't work either! Customer service gave me nothing but run around over the light asking the same thing three times! At this point I am beyond frustrated and have taken this whole dang thing apart to do what their company should have done before shipping and now they are ignoring me, customer service (Katrina) and manager (Bill Ryder)! Light still doesn't work, no solution to the issue has been offered, and I'm still left with a damaged $900 incubator. Stay far, far away from this shady company!!!!!!!

We appreciate your trust in our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We
appreciate you working with us to troubleshoot the issues, but we made a mistake when we told
you there is an automatic return shipping fee deducted from your refund.

We apologize for how we handled your case and have since contacted you to offer a partial
refund or a return for a full refund when it is convenient for you to do so since it’s currently in
    use.

I ordered the 2 layer brooder and wow! This was such a waste of money!!! Far too expensive for the quality received, and the customer service was lacking. Had missing parts, bent/warped panels, the one door was warped so much a chick could have escaped, the tray arms on the front were bent with very obvious stress damage making a full break more likely, and one of the lights didn't work-could see the red light showing power, but wouldn't light up or produce heat. I have one bank that I was able to get together sitting on the floor with an extra brooder plate trying to keep brand new babies alive while waiting on the replacement parts. I finally received them A WEEK LATER. When asked if there would be any financial compensation for my inconvenience and the extra expenditures that I should not have incurred (such as buying an extra brooder plate) I was offered a $25 gift card. On a $600 product! That is meant to sustain life in newborns!!!! And since I will NOT be ordering ANYTHING else from this company, a gift card is useless to me. After explaining this, I was told the only way to get a refund was to return in the original packaging. Which I don't have-who has room to store a bunch of packing material??? So now I am stuck with this POS and out $600. No thank you, Hatching Time. You won't trick me again with any of your garbage!

We are sorry your order arrived with missing the aluminum rods and broken/warped
pieces. We received your message on Sunday March 4th and responded on Monday
asking for a picture of the broken/warped pieces and the packing label on the box. We
received the pictures of the broken/warped pieces on March 5th and asked for
clarification on which middle wall sections needed to be replaced. We received your
confirmation on March 6th along with a comment that ‘the heater/light doesn’t turn on.”
We suggested checking the fuse on the heater and heard back on March 7th that
changing the fuse with the spare fuse did not resolve the issue. On March 8th we sent
the replacement parts along with a new heater.

After business hours on March 7th, you asked to be compensated for the inconvenience.
Our customer service representative offered a $25 gift card on March 8th. On March
11th , you let us know that was not acceptable to you and you asked for information on
returning the item. We provide return information – unused and in original packaging.
We asked you to wait one more day for the replacement parts to be delivered to you so
those could be returned too. On March 12th you let us know that you didn’t have the
original packing to complete the return. On March 13th we called and offered a $100
refund for the inconvenience which you accepted. The refund was processed.
On March 16th , after receiving the replacement parts, you requested authorization to
return the product. On March 21st you let us know that you had already packed up the
item in 3 boxes. We offered to send you a new box with a return mailing label and
deduct the cost of $25 from the refund or you could send us the 3 boxes. On March
22nd , you again asked for 3 return mailing labels. We explained that you did not have to
return the damaged pieces and we asked for the dimensions of the 3 boxes so we could
check on the shipping cost compared to the original box. On March 25th we let you
know that without the dimensions of the 3 boxes, we couldn’t produce 3 return mailing
labels or compare the return shipping cost to the original packaging. We sent you the
return mailing label for the original box and suggested that if the 3 boxes were similar in
overall dimension, the 3 boxes could be taped together and the return mailing label
used to return the item. We did not hear back from you.

We look forward to helping resolve this situation.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a quail plucker and it only plucked 40% of the feathers. It also ripped the skin on the majority of the birds I tried to process. I double checked myself to ensure that I followed all their instructions. When I notified the company, they refused to stand by their product. Customer service was as equally bad as their product. I requested a refund due to the performance being so substandard of their advertising. For the first time, they advised that the company policy was they refused to accept returns on anything that had been used. By its very nature, it is impossible to determine whether their product works as advertised until used. This all occurred on my first usage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This order was delivered on 6/2. We received your return request on 10/30. 150 days after delivery.

As we informed you in our response, there are two steps before plucking that contribute to successful wet plucking. Step 1 (dispatching) and step 2 (scalding) determine how well the feathers can be plucked. Birds must be scalded and plucked within 5-7 minutes of dispatching. You will not get good results if you refrigerated or waited more than 10-15 mins after dispatching. If you scald for too long, too hot or wait too long after dispatching or pluck after refrigeration, the skin will tear.
