    Unprofessional, and disrespectful.
I got referred by a contractor to this company. I called the number to make an appointment and a person answered me his name was Bill, I explained to him that this was my first time calling and your friend's contractor referred me to you and I explained my situation. After I explained the situation he replied in a rude way saying that I called his personal number He also continued saying that he wanted to give me another number to call.
So I called the number as directed and a lady answered the phone she took my contact info she said someone would call me later today, This all happened in the Morning between 9:00 am to 10:00 am. So I called at 4:30 pm no one called me, So same lady told me that my address was not accurate and she made a mistake when she took it this morning so I gave her the address again and she said someone would call me and I replied to her that I'm not in rush I'm just checking and making sure that we are on the same page also by me calling I corrected my address that they did not even take the right way form the first place.
After a few minutes, Bill called me from his personal number, Bill started to shout at me " WHY DID YOU CALL 3 TIMES TODAY" Through his voice, I could feel the anger, He kept shouting and I asked him can I explain, I kept silent until he finishes his anger, So I explained to him that I only called twice to follow up since no one called me and you gave me hope that you might arrive the next day and I figured to call before you close the office, So he said that I'm the person that should call you, So I told him how do I know you the one you going to call me I thought you have people work at the office and I also added saying I told you earlier this is my first time calling and I do not know how you operate, He said i will contact you later on that day, Until now 2 days after no one called at all.
