    On September 1, 2024, my daughter and I were at the laundry facility washing clothes. We stayed to fold our clothes for personal reasons. Towards to end of folding my clothes someone I was speaking with observed a roach crawling. I advised the attendant on duty and she processed to come and kill it. I finished and bagged my clothes. My daughter continued to fold her and her families clothes. During her process multiple roaches began crawling on and around the tables we had used. I advised the attendant again and she stated she would call the owner ***** **. ***** requested that I come back tomorrow and discuss the issue. I told her that was not possible and requested an immediate resolution. She declined multiple request. as I was waiting for the attendant to consult with the owner there was another roach crawling in the front of the store that I brought to her attention in which she went to step on and I told her it was dead she said no it’s alive. The attendant said she’s not sure why this was happening they exterminate. I told her I’m not sure all I am requesting is a full refund for myself and my daughter and to have the remaining funds off of the card. The owner declined and told me to file whatever complaint I needed to.

    I’ve been going to this laundromat for 4 yrs now and they always had hot water for the last 2 years there’s been absolutely no hot water they are turning the hot water off to save but if I picking hot water and that’s not what I’m getting I used for washer and they all was freezing cold but I picked hot explaining this to the manager was pointless

    We do not turn off the water heater at all. Keeping and maintaining the water heater working is a part of our job. after receiving consumer's phone complaint, I responded immediately to check on the water heater and test ran a washer, did not find any problem.
