    Finally got an update, found out they are re-organizing and have started shipping out meds again. I got my tracking number this number and was refunded for last month to bring my billing up to date. I guess patience is key.

    This company is a fraud. I tried to communicate with the company after my purchase. But, No response! No communication what so ever and I didn’t receive the product I paid for upfront through Affirm. After filing a complaint with Affirm. I was advised from Affirm to contact the company (The Weightloss Center) for a refund. I finally was contacted from Steven a manager via text messages. He advised that I would receive a refund. That was a month ago. Again there’s no communication from him or anyone from The Weightloss Center. In my opinion this company is a Fraud.

    This business has turned from great to wretched. Been with them for 6+ months and taking Semaglutide. Have lost close to 50 pounds. About 2 months ago, they moved to another compounding pharmacy and released an app to order refills and communicate with their team. The app has been a disaster. You cannot get to a person either by app, chat, text, email or phone. It’s like this company ceased to exist. They’ve taken my money and and I cannot get to a person to confirm my refill. I’m now 2+ weeks without my Semaglutide injection. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Ashley was ALWAYS responsive and helpful. She must’ve left because she’s a ghost now too.

    I recommend to anyone that has sent them money to dispute the charges with your cc company. This place should be out of business, if they’re not already. BEWARE!!

    The took my money and then completely ghosted me. I have been trying to get in touch with them for the last 6 WEEKS! The did send me a vial. However, I tried and tried and TRIED to reach them because I believed that the dosage was not correct as it was not working. For six weeks I sent messages through their online portal, left voice mail messages for them and request a scheduled call back time from them through their portal. Nothing. I have now disputed the charge through my credit card company. They are a complete fraud and waste of money.

    I agree that this is a scam. They charged me in September and October and never sent any semiglutide. I cancelled my subscription in Mid-October because I never got anything. Then they had the audacity to charge me for December without my authorization.

    You can text, call, email and no one responds. At this point, I'm trying to get a refund for December.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    This review is for theweightlosscenter.com and theweightlosscenter.org, they are both the same company. It is a scam. They never sent the medicine and they never answer the phone, text messages or emails.

    This company is a joke!!! They take your money and you get NOTHING. I ordered semaglutite on November 14th and even paid extra $100 for overnight shipping. Total I spent was $349. Almost Christmas and I still haven’t received anything. They ghosted me for almost 3 weeks, no response either to my texts or voice mail. Then they sent me an email I will be getting my order and still nothing. I had to dispute the purchase. Please do not give them any money!!!!

    Previously had used a clinic that moved away from and had found The Weight Loss Center and will never look back, they are more resourceful, interactive and helpful than the clinic system ever was good program if you need accountability. The team works with you to find the right meds and your coach keeps you motivated with weekly health tips and accountability.
