5 starsThe original double garage door to our home broke requiring a call for Precision to come out to check on the door. Precision was organized and informative and at end of the appointment my husband and I worked with the tech to purchase new garage doors, both double and single. The doors came in in a reasonable amount of time and communication for scheduling was seamless. Both Ryan B and the other tech worked diligently in the heat and even fixed one of our garage door openers for us without being asked. Precision is a truly amazing company with great service and educated techs who really are passionate about including homeowners in understanding their garage functionalities. 5 starsI called Precision Doors to see about getting a new garage door opener. I called at about 3:30 p.m. on a Monday. They said someone to be here between 4 and 6 p.m. Richard arrived at about 5 p.m. He saw what was there and offered 2 options. I chose the one best suited for me. Richard said he could install it immediately if I wanted. It took less than an hour to completely install the garage door opener. Richard was very efficient and professional, as well as very polite and thoughtful. I was greatly pleased and impressed by Richard. 3 starsRich promptly arrived, diagnosed the problem (broken torsion spring) and offered replacement options. The spring replacement system I chose was installed within 2 hours, work was performed neatly and professionally. My only grip about the process was the cost $1500 which is approximately twice the cost of other repairs I researched and based on what other neighbors paid for similar service using other contractors.Review fromBradford M

5 starsSUPER SPEEDY. CALLED AT 830AM. We were scheduled for 9am-11am. Highly recommend this company. Called them around 8:30am, our garage door has a broken spring after 11 years of usage. Single spring on two car garage. Change into two springs, plus replace the cable. If you are looking for the fastest availability around, check them out. Paid $917 for a two spring, and cables.
