I am filing a complaint against Coastal Services LLC due to significant damages and negligence that caused significant damage.

    1. Damage to Crawlspace: During the installation process, the company’s crew cut active plumbing lines, resulting in over 10,000 gallons of water flooding my crawlspace. This incident has led to severe mold growth and compromised the integrity of my home.
    2. Encapsulation Compromise: The crew removed spray foam insulation, which compromised the encapsulation seal of my crawlspace, creating a hazardous environment within the home. This issue is particularly concerning because I have a 2-year-old daughter who lives in the house. With the encapsulation compromised, the air quality inside our home has been affected, potentially contributing to health issues.
    3. My daughter suffered from respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and was in the ICU, fighting for her life. While I cannot definitively state that her illness was caused by the compromised living conditions, it is alarming to think that she was exposed to mold and poor air quality during her critical health struggle.
    4. The excavation work caused damage to my house, as the excavator struck the building. Additionally, the front lawn was left uneven and unlevel, and the areas disturbed during the excavation were not replanted with grass seed or sod.
    5. Town Drain Damage:The excavation directly impacted the town's drainage system, causing further complications.
    6. Improper Sewer Installation:The sewer line was installed without proper drainage fall, preventing refuse from draining correctly, and the existing sewer pipe was not plugged, potentially leading to future issues.
