      I I have been a customer of Moon cleaners for well over 10 years my wife took a shirt in to be laundered on 2 January 2024 and she was charged $6.95. She thought that was high when she came home, she told me, I agree with her because I had paid only three dollars or less to have shirts laundered by them for over 10 years. I called their establishment. The person that answered the phone told me that that’s the price I can take it or leave it I can come pick up the shirt there was no questioning or asking me why was that was the price and that was the end of it so when I picked the shirt up, I asked the person at the cleaners why was this charged so high and she said because my shirts are special shirt so apparently it’s become a special shirt it’s a regular dress shirt that’s been laundered by them in excessive 10 years so I asked to speak to a manager. She said the managers at the Rehobeth store you can go over and see , I called the Rehoboth store and got a complete runaround from this gentleman that I talked to on the phone. He said you could always go to another cleaners if you don’t like it and I said I will and that was in the end conversation it seems like they didn’t care that they lost the customer that they had had for over 10 years. It seems like a minor thing, but it really isn’t . Customer service and a simple explanation was all I wanted and I got neither.

      Don’t take your clothes there unless you want them to come back dirtier and more wrinkled then when you brought them in.
