    The Midway location has certainly degenerated in the last few years. Here is what I’ve seen: 1. Small washers do not spin clothes well. Clothes come out wet requiring extra dryer expense. If you complain to a manager, you’re told it’s your own fault because you’ve overloaded the washer. Not accurate. Happens even if you are only washing a pair of jeans. plus there is no warning provided either by manager or sign. 2. Since managers Damien & Andrea have left, some (not all) employees are rude & unhelpful. Employees no longer greet customers or open doors when necessary for the elderly. I’ve seen a manager ignoring a Hispanic couple who needed help with the card machine & an elderly woman when the dryer didn’t work. Young woman harassed by male manager when she didn’t respond to his speaking to her. Employee yelling (in a room filled with customers) at an elderly person because they accidentally went behind the counter even tho there is no sign prohibiting this. Customer has a heart condition and this has upset them so much, it caused tremors & could have ended in a heart attack. 3. Prior employees were polite, friendly & helpful. Not now. Perhaps the owners should have a few sessions with their employees on how to encourage rather than discourage customers.
