KDM the owners took an old fashioned beloved campground for locals and visitors and turned it into an overcrowded polluted neglected slum for retirees, young families, and weekenders. Lewes ended the drug trafficking, now we have human and housing trafficking. Never be late for your rent. Such a lovely location, less than half mile from the beach

KDM is out for the money only, & does not provide the amenities that should be available when living in a mobile home park. Park rent is one of the highest in New Hampshire at $655/month. $40 late fee. Late fees are applied whenever they want, no specific day in place. When it comes to handing out Past Due notices, Demand for Rent Notices, Notices to Quit, or Eviction notices, they bill you for the delivery fees when they are delivered by the office manager & they try to serve you with all these notices at the same time, when by law, you have 30 days to pay. They own the land, but don't do anything to maintain anything. Roads have potholes for years & all they do is cover the hole and come the following season, its back. Don't tell me I can't use the water to water the garden or wash my car, when I pay for the water! Sure, plant flowers to beautify the property, but don't water them. Tree removal is on us, or electric company. Driveway paving is on us. Cutting the lawn is on us. Fixing a leaky pipe that comes out the ground is on us. Management allows special privileges to some residents but come down or fine the people who do the same. Park manager, office manager & maintenance guy don't follow the rules and regulations set forth by their own management company. They are the police in here, & think they can give out a fine of $100 if they THINK you're driving over the speed limit or roll through a stop sign which is on private property. They do not do background checks, & allow drug dealers, prostitutes, meth labs, domestic abusers, pedophiles live in their family oriented mobile home park. I have so much more to say, and highly recommend NOT living in Cotton Farm Mobile Home Park. Why don't I leave? I have lived here for 26 years. I own my own home & at my age, I don't want a mortgage & the real estate market is horrible right now. My husband is not working & awaiting disability & I am the only one working. Thanks.
