      In June 2023 I had my driveway paved by Richard Harrison Jr, (All Shore Paving) and on day one it looked good. After 45 days, the surface started to crumble a little bit as you drove on it, and grass has started growing through it a lot. It was supposed to be 3 inches thick, but grass is coming up through it al lot. I Call Richard to come back and give me a price to seal the driveway with a black top coating because it was falling apart, and grass growing in it. I told him I would pay for the job to seal it because I needed to protect my investment. The customer service I have received from Richard ( The owner) has been poor. After calling him 2 times to finally get him to agree to come out to look at the work they did,he left me a voicemail mentioning he was finishing up a job in 3 days, asked me to call him back the next week to, set up for him to look at the project, and he will give me a price for sealing it. I have called 2 times now since I had spoken to him and he has not come by or called back. It's been more than 30 days now. Richard talks a really good sales pitch and I made the mistake of going with his company. There is another complaint against him, and ironically, it's the same complaint as I have with grass growing through the new pavement in just a few months. During the one and only phone call where he spoke to me, (about calling him the next week to make plans to come by and look at the driveway), he mentioned that the day they did my driveway, it was a bad weather day, with rain and lightning as they were finishing their paving. His team had to pack up early to avoid any danger of being struck by lightning in the storm, and he said the hard rain would not affect the quality of the work, but now I am not so sure of that. I am not looking for a solution from All Shore Paving, I will hire another company to come seal the driveway, to protect the investment I have paid to All Shore Paving for a sub par quality job. Poor customer Service.
