      Difficult to communicate with , no response to phone, email or texts.

      It is unfortunate that, after me working for over 9 months on this transaction, this is how it ended. I sent documents, returned calls, and explained everything multiple times.
      Months went between communication, as the customers hadn’t made up their minds what they wanted to do (totally fine).
      Multiple times I was told “we’re moving forward,” yet weeks passed without a plan forward.

      This is real estate. The market changes, things happen. It is not uncommon when a customer changes their mind or decides to wait it out. It’s fine and I had assumed that was what happened here, given the lack of moving forward. No hard feeling.

      Fast forward - about 2 1/2 months ago, I had to take a break from actively seeking new contracts, as BOTH of my parents were in need of care (dementia and Parkinson’s), so I have been working on moving them in, dealing with insurance, doctors, etc.

      Had I had an active contract with these customers at the time, I certainly would have communicated what was happening (as I did With active clients). This was a contract that was never signed, the offer out of date, and there was no definitive plan forward as of the time I took my leave.

      I feel badly that they reached out during this time, but I had no bandwidth for anything more than what I was dealing with.
      As I stated,!if there was an active contract, I would have had things handled for them. That was not the case, and it had been months since their last contact.

      I am wrapping up things with long term care, then will be back to working new business. I apologize for any inconvenience and certainly would have communicated my leave had I known they were still interested.
