Bill Cannon is a great talker. He’s not a man of his word.
He had my 70 buick for 1yr for a simple engine rebuild.
He denied breaking my hard to replace fan shroud
    He left my car outside
The 3 inch white walls were destroyed
The hard to find rims staring to rust
    Stay away! He’s a snake

    1. Think about Ronnie Seamnon's statement then consider 38 years we have been here all he has to say is his 54 year old car which came in with a pieced together fan shroud that could not work because the complete bottom section of an oval fan shroud was not there. 2. He also had an electric fan install on the front of the radiator support with a toggle switch and looked like a blind man would do to keep his engine from running hot. He personally told he he put that fan shroud on 15 years ago after he went to a salvage yard and got if off another 1970 Buick Lesabra. 3. He told me that the engine would run very hot while in parades and is why he added the electric fan that was not made at all to work on these early automobiles. 4. Buick manufactures have engineers that have already figured out how to keep a car this big cool in hot weather. Not someone that has no mechanical engineering degree on cooling systems for old Buick's. After telling him this was the reason why three pistons were severely damaged and why his engine needed to be bored .030" over and age with using the wrong oil 5.. He told me it did smoked and knocked badly when he gave it any more than quarter throttle. 6. This is why Ronnie Seamon brought his car all the way down to Delaware for a sought after professional engine re-builder with his own machine shop that does everything in house except grinding the crankshafts. 7. When we reinstalled the engine I told the Ed my technician to make a complete round fan shroud from the two side parts when were still able to be used buy adding a top and replacing a completely new bottom section to complete a round circle to move air from the front of the car through the radiator to keep his engine cool. I also told Ed to leave his external, wrongly mounting electric that has to be turned on manually from a toggle switch alone and make sure it sits in the bay and stay under 180°. He did exactly what I told him to do and I personally drove the car back and forth to work and had the car rechecked for any leaks, as well as any unknown repair that needed to be done. 8., Ronnie told me he would be gone from late November to lat January out of town working. His car did sit out only during the day and moved inside for almost two months after I contacted him it was done. 9. To sum this all up, Ron Seamon has a perfect engine professionally cleaned the engine bay as well as all accessories installed correctly and painted Buick Red with all new wire holders that Ron had wire ties hold the spark plug wires in place and I never charged him anything for doing that as well as two months of letting his car sit here in guarded indoor most the time waiting for him to come get it. 10. I really do not care what he thinks happened but to just reach in and break his fan shroud is something I have never heard of in 40 years. I get the "grease on the door handle and hood sometimes", "my steering wheel is not straight", "there is a yellow light that came on while driving", but never I broke a fan shroud. This is something a professional does not do as well as told him to either buy an brand new fan shroud and have ti installed by whomever does his work 150 miles from me. Think about that no other concern except he wanted me to wash his car before he left. I told him I do not wash cars but you can. I Gave him a bucket, he paid my final bill and after me texting him later that day, he said the car ran beautifully and never run hot all the way home running 60-70 mph with no issues. So that is all I have to say about the engine job. But, when Ron was hear dropping it off, I took pictures of his old chrome wheels with rust on them as well as so many damaged painted areas from just a life of a 1970 Buick to have bad paint and nice whitewalls after he cleaned he up. It is a nice car and runs exactly like is is supposed to and I also priced in fixing most of the extra needed items. Cleaning all his very dirty engine bay that was caked in oil and dirty, Painting every bracket black and the complete engine Red. Also repaired his customer 3-piece fan shroud to have his engine have a chance not to run hot. Please excuse any spelling or errors while typing. Ron is a good person just mad because we do not wash cars, we bring them back to life. He also forgets after I called him several times and left messages it was done it was almost 2 months after it was done. Like I said, we do not wash cars here, he is just ticked a little, but he told me she run absolutely perfect. Crying about a fan shroud that he told me he got from a junk yard is a stretch when he could have purchased a brand new one and then he could have said in his message he went to a junkyard to get a shroud? Makes no sense to me but he did get me a great dog.

Ronnie is just being foolish and knows he cut the fan shroud up and does not remember it because it was 15 years ago. I never charged him anything to make the top and bottom part of the shroud round to make it pull air from the front side of the car to the inside. Like I said he was mad I did not wash his car he left here for almost 2 months after I notified it was done. It is always a money issue around Christmas but I am shocked that was all he found wrong.

Bill Cannon is not trustworthy. He promises you the world. He had my 70 buick Electra for a stock rebuild for 11 months. He broke my original fan shroud and denied it.
He left my car outside and the rims & the 3 inch white walls were destroyed.
Never never leave your car with him.

Ronnie Seamon has not listed one thing in truth about his 1970 Buick Electra. He has not posted any pictures of nothing he says I did? He keeps poking me thinking I will retaliate like an idiot whom opens his mouth first and wishes he did not later.

Ronnie was kept in touch with the whole time and was very informed about all reasons why it takes longer with older vehicles because parts are getting more harder to find unless specialty items being done by independent suppliers that have a much higher resale for any quoted engine rebuild you cannot buy from common suppliers.

If Ronnie own words out of his mouth from his text back to me how good the engine run as well as smooth as it drove and how much power the car has now since w cleaned up all the mess people done over the years thinking they were professionals.

You should asked your self again about why no under the hood repair pictures have been posted. It is because it looked like a blind man installed things not correct as well the dirtiest and ugly under the hood area you have seen. We cleaned it up as much as we could and made it look like factory under the hood as well as cleaned and painted every bracket and put it back as well as GM had it with new parts and to make my work look professional. Every wire, bracket, bolt went back on as good as if not better than GM. We are master technicians and I am as good as any but better than most with my own on my property machine shop that has every machining area covered without sending it out except grinding the crankshaft. Ronnie is just being like a spoiled child and making stories up he knows it not true.

I am going to keep responding like an adult would every time he responds like a child and makes up lies that will jeopardize his standing as long as he keeps showing just how adult he is not. If he wants to say unproven words with not proof is the only thing you need to know why people send me engines from all over the world to correct and make it as good or better than new. Have a great idea while thinking this. I do feel sorry for Ronnie because he is like someone with a bad habit doing things because he is not a calm or happy person who is thankful he got the best running Buick he every could of>
