      The Brasure technician was paid cash for a pest control service ($285.00) and pocketed the money, refused to give a receipt to customer. When the situation was addressed with the office manager, she said she was on the phone with the technician and customer, when in reality the manager never spoke with the customer she only spoke with her technician.
      Brasure’s has currently sent a bill to the customer in the amount of $285.00, when the bill was paid in full and the technician and manager are involved with taking the cash.
      This is elder abuse as the customer is in her 80's. The division of elder abuse has been contacted.

      I was asked to send this message above by Nancy Seal the customer that was taken advantage of by Brasure's Pest Control.
