    Do not work with Ron Banning from Banning Hardscapes. He took our very large deposit in March of 2022 and did zero work for months. We have had a similar experience as everyone else. He has completed minimal work and it is January 2023. He has made every excuse in the book. He always says he will be working on our job tomorrow and he very rarely shows up. If he does come he maybe works for 30 minutes to an hour and never finishes anything. We were without steps to our back yard for months. As of today our steps are still unfinished. Our entire backyard patio is unfinished and a giant mess. We have not been able to use the backyard properly since we contracted with him. He also cashed our $10,000 deposit check right away and as of date has asked for $5000 more to keep working on the job for which we would still owe another $10,000 upon completion. He has not done any work since the beginning of November 2022 and has asked for more money several times. We are now left with a million empty promises and a wrecked back yard that is an incomplete mess. I had high hopes after seeing the craftsmanship that he shows in his portfolio, but his work ethic is garbage and his project management skills are a joke. Please DO NOT hire this man. He will not complete your job and will take your money and leave your yard a disaster!

    We would never recommend Banning Hardscapes to anyone. We have had an experience similar to the customer who filed a complaint in February of this year. In our case nothing has been resolved and we have been left with an unfinished job and a mess in our backyard.
