      On 8/1/24 I paid ***** ****** $4200 for White's Custom Paving paving my driveway. He told me he was going to send me a paid invoice "in 20 minutes". The invoice was to include an estimate for a small portion of the job that was the responsibility of a neighbor. After making numerous phone calls to the only number listed and not getting any response except a message on voicemail, ***** informed me that he was dealing with a family emergency. After another couple of weeks with no phone calls, ***** texted me that he had been to a funeral in Georgia where cell service was poor and that he would be back in DE on 8/20. On 8/22, having not heard from him, I called again and got voicemail but no phone call and no email. I have attempted to contact him at least 3 times since then with no response. It is now 8/28, I cannot collect from my neighbor and do not have any hope of exercising the 3 year warranty that was documented in the contract, even though "you call is very important and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The drainage issues we discussed and which I was assured he would fix were not corrected. I had a berm specified in the contract and that was not done. Instead, a chamfer was put in that "would take care of the issue". It was an incomplete solution. I need assistance to get these issues resolved. Their website offers all the exceptional ratings but provides no way to provide a rating. They are not likely to ask me for one.

      There never was an issue customer just wanted an additional estimate to charge his neighbor for a repair and the paid in full bill was there from the date of completion, customer just had to reopen the link .

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
      **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.

      The response I received does not satisfy my complaint. I finally did get the repair invoice after 5 weeks, after filinga complaint with BBB, and after talking with the asphalt supplier who recommended Whites Paving initially. Whites Paving response to my complaint was bogus. It took 5 weeks of trying to get in touch with Whites Paving and getting what seemed like legitimate excuses for their inability to provide what was promised, followed by only voicemail response for a couple of weeks with no return calls. Isaac Forrest, the main contact, was obviously screening the calls the voicemail message described as "very important". Only after filing a complaint with BBB and contacting his distributor did I get what I was told would take 20 minutes. There was no attempt to address the functional part of the complaint at all. Be very careful when considering Whites Paving or when dealing with ***** *******.Disillusioned and disappointed customer,
