      When repossessing vehicles it is a must that the company call and inform the police, this business did not do that. Therefore I reported the car stolen. Myself and the police spend hours trying to find the vehicle only to discover this business is not doing their job properly. They took their time to recover the vehicle, making me wait 24 just so they can try to charge me extra to release the vehicle despite the bank and their agreement to not charger any extra. I was forced to call my finance company to have them resolve the extra bs charges.
      Once finished, the lady at the front purposely took her time with paperwork and releasing the vehicle. This place is a scam.

      I am sorry to hear that you are un-happy with your experience. Every single vehicle picked up is called in to the appropriate police agency and also faxed in. It not our fault that the police can't locate the info sent to them. There is a shortage of police, and this has become a big problem with them in the recent years. We work on a appointment system. As long as we have all required release paperwork from the lienholder, we will give you a appointment for the same day. If you had to wait, its because your lienholder did not send over all required paperwork. We have to go by what the lienholder tells us. As far as fees are concerned, we only charge what the lienholder tells us to charge. We don't charge ( bs) fees as the customer states. Our office staff does not take their time. The amount of paperwork that they have to upload and print out on a release does take time, we cannot just print a single page out. The lienholders used to do this years ago, they have shifted all of their work onto the repossession companies to do. This is why we do appointments every 30 mins so we can dedicate our time to a customer which the average appointment will take 15-25 mins.
