    Exactly the same as a previous complainant, so I'll cut/paste their great write up for my review as well (Credit to Kelly D).

    We unfortunately worked with them over 10 years ago on our company logo. While the end result was fine, we continue to get “Trademark warnings” from them stating: “we would like to bring to your knowledge that some other applicant applied for the Trademark application for the same business name as yours, but if we proceed with his application and if he gets the federal ownership and protection for this mark/name then you'll be required to cease all use of this name as per the Trademark Law.”

    Received text and emails stating someone is attempting to register our business name federally. She says she is from the legal department and is a paralegal. Her email says Jennifer. Please don’t be victimized by this tactic. It is not true that someone is attempting to take your business name and that they can stop you from using your business name and logo. It’s a made up scam.
