    I contacted this business to fix the ice maker in my freezer. They came out on 4/13/2023, diagnosed the issue as needing the ice maker to be replaced and also offered to fix a leaky water dispenser by replacing a valve. At this point they required a $200 deposit which I made. On 5/3/2023, the tech came out and replaced the ice maker. He also attempted to fix the leak in the water dispenser but said there was an extra valve needed he was not aware of so he didn't charge me for that. That day I paid him the remainder of what was needed for the ice maker repair which was $182. He told me if it wasn't working in 24 hours, to disconnect the power to thaw out the water line to the ice freezer and if that didn't work to call him back so he could come back out and fix it. I did as he instructed and it still didn't work plus there was a new leak underneath my fridge which caused damage to my wood floor so I contacted the tech. After back and forth through text, he hadn't come back out in about 2 months so I called the company back to voice my concerns on 6/30/23(I think). They said a manager would follow up with me in 24 hours. After 5 days of no call back I followed up on 7/5 and received the same 24 hour follow up expectation from a manager. I called back on 7/7 and received the same message again. After calling back again on 7/10 the tech texted the next day stating he would come back out to finish the job on 7/13. He never made it out that day and said he'd try the next day to which I've never heard back from him. Today I called my bank to dispute the charges but I also wanted to file this complaint and might seek action regrading the floor damage they caused but first wanted to lodge this complaint.
