    I'm from Canada and got my steering wheel (2016 Forester XT) wrapped by Redlinegoods. I got a used wheel for 100 USD (as an extra precaution, to keep my OEM wheel intact) and paid 297 USD for the material and installation. The leather wrap arrived from Poland, and I paid 18 USD for customs. I sent my wheel and wrap to NC, USA (paid 35 USD). Got it back in the same cardboard box I sent it in, with NO padding material whatsoever. The installer put 300 USD for the value of the package, so I had to pay 51 USD for customs (again). Finally, the wrapping job is awful (see photos here: https://imgur.com/a/7B7SouS). As an added bonus, I can feel a small bump at one spot cause by foreign material under the leather. They said that the wheel spokes could be better but are OK, that the bump "definitely does not exclude the wheel from being fully operational", and that I should trim the leather myself to make room for the wheel controls.

    They offered me a refund for the installation cost (189 USD) or the option to ship the wheel back (at my expense, plus customs again, 86 USD total) to get it rewrapped for "free". They did such a bad job that I'm not convinced they will do better the second time around. I'm left with a poorly wrapped wheel that I paid 212 USD for (plus 100 USD for the used wheel).
