Do not invest money in this company, they’re ripping people off of their hard earned money. When you request a refund. They don’t give you anything back. My experience was very hurtful.. when they charge me they were supposed to only take $17 first they took $17.90 $44.50 $32.50 $24.50 $37.50 making it a grand total of $157 I could see that they just took one payment. But the payment went back to back to back right after it. This company is a scam. They do not have customer service where you could speak to anyone over the phone. The telephone numbers that they do show non-working numbers. So again do not purchase from this company buyer beware!!!

These people are thieves. They took un authorized funds from me without my permission. They should not be allowed a business name or use. They are crooks. Didn't work with me on disputes with non made purchases or charges to my account. Do not use them under any circumstances. Consider this a fair warning

This company is letting a scammer in a different country use my name, e-mail, and information. A scammer is using stollen credit cards to make purchases, and I have requested 3 times to have my account deleted, and they simply ignore and keep letting the scammer get refunds and make purchases. This app/website is full of scammers and Hotmasrt is their accomplice.

The website is not user friendly! I attempted to order a single book. Somehow, after I'd placed my order on the English language page and tried to exit, I was transfered to a non-English language page and was not able to exit. Charges were taken every time I attempted to exit the nonEnglish page. A $22 purchase turned into a $585 dollar purchase, with $80+ recurring purchases. A request for refund or to file a complaint is not provided by this company on the PAYPAL site, as with other companies. There is no phone number provided for the site on their help webpage. I have submitted 3 emails to the the Hotmart Support email over the past 5 days and not received ANY response! If HOTMAIL is the payee, exit immediately and DO NOT provide your payment information!!

Hotmart is originally from Brazil. I bought a membership program from another company in Brazil, (Insider BR) and they said that I would have to pay to Hotmart in the USA . The cost was $6,348.81, but after charging me taxes for the state of Connecticut, where i live, I got a debt of $6,797.89. Because Insider BR is located in Brazil, I was not suppose to pay taxes in the US. I made a letter to American Express, with proof of what I was saying, and they credit me back $449.08 which was the value of the taxes not due. Next Hotmart informs Insider BR that they returned the whole amount ($6,797.89) and Insider BR cuts my access to the program on Feb 1st. At this point I am not interested to deal with anyone related to those 2 companies. Although Insider BR apologized for the mistake, they say they can not pay me back because Hotmart is saying that they paid me back the whole amount which is not true. I can not find a phone number to complain, plus their services as a LMS company are just poor although Insider BR pushes their students to use them. There are so many good companies in the US, why deal with people without accountability?
