Since Yelp censors reviews, I am leaving one review here. I had been a customer of this food truck since it opened about a decade ago. I was the one who put up his original listing on Yelp. Over the years, the owner & I had a rapport. I provided free marketing photos & shout outs on social media platforms. I would travel to different events to support him (his family) as well has give him shout-outs on social media; which others weren't doing at the time; he has used several of my pictures on his social media. We had even been FB friends.

But over the last several years, I had noticed his divisive negative FB posts. Then a decline in services. I understand how the pandemic impacted society but I still think respect for your customer should still be a priority. Well, he got sloppy & took customers for granted. He wasn't giving customers a heads up that he wasn't going to be at a planned location; leaving customers just waiting around. When customers started commenting about it on his FB, he responded defensively & deleted comments. I had to gently remind him how I have supported his family from the beginning & tried to provide some humility. He used to be a humble guy. When I noticed him deleting customer comments I messaged him (business & personal page) nothing; emailed, still nothing. After all these years as a customer he could not be ignoring me after some constructive criticism? That's exactly what he did & he took it a step farther, removing me as his FB & blocking me on his business & personal page. Who does that!? I wish I could add the screenshots of my communications (like I could on Yelp - which they censored.)

I was actually trying to set up a GoFundMe page for this food truck owner because he was having vehicle issues. I don't know what is happening with businesses today but coming from a local food truck; that I 100% supported...to be sucker punched. Plus, he is older than myself and has 2 boys...I don't understand what is happening with males today.
