    This so called one guy company is a total scam. All the products they sell are not legit.

    I purchased a Microsoft Office Key, and was provided with an OEM licenses, which means it was delivered in a Hardware unit and it had exhausted the number of activations it could have. I contacted Microsoft for phone activation and they confirmed that I should have not been provided an OEM License and because of the cap this license was not valid. I reached out to the company and they gave me another license, that had the same problem. They did not give me a retail license and again are telling me to work with Microsoft. I would like a refund as what was delivered, does not work at all, so they can not claim they delivered a useful product. My system is compatible, so this has nothing to do with system specs.

    I'm deaf, 66 yrs of age, just moved from Mich to Ohio to start my life over again since my dad had passed away 8/17. Problem was I tried to fix my laptop, had window 8. Old laptop. I have dropped it couple times. Thought was able to fix it, update to add windows 11. But, it just don't work, my laptop was dying. I paid online for windows 11 for $25.20 from
    PC SALES ONLINE. do it didn't work, they refused to refund, only try another product. My bank through Huntington does not dispute the charge, the MERCHANT has to refund the charge.
    That took place on Oct 12, 2023.

    My 8 year old son ordered windows 10 download which not only do I not need but he’s 8 and autistic and was not authorized by I make the purchase! I contacted the company right away and they will not refund the money or cancel the transaction even though the product key has not and will not be used! They basically told me to stick it! Scumbag organization

    Nature of the Dispute, During the attempted installation of the program, Microsoft refused to allow the installation onto my computer, indicating error 30094-44.!
    The business resolution of the Dispute is," There is no customer refund after defective software purchase is downloaded" (THIS IS CALLED CONSUMER FRAUD IF NO REFUND IS AUTHORIZED)
    Resolution sought. After refund is received, business relationship with PCSALES ONLINE STOPS AND ENDS!
