    This business/website is a scam. They offer a free trial and then immediately charge $19.99 once you take the test. Won’t respond or offer any money back. The test is a joke and a waste of time. Preying on people for money.

    They offer a 7-day free trial period for $0.99. However, they charge $1.99 instead and it's very difficult to cancel the subscription. Half of the links on the website or app don't work. There isn't any subscription info under your account info when you sign in, and they refuse to give a refund for the overcharge stating that I subscribed to a different trial even though I have a welcome email from them stating the contrary. I've since read many people complaining that they were charged anywhere between $50-$85 and it wasn't anything they signed up for. Total scam company that only allows you to talk to bots that state they don't offer refunds even though it was a mischarge.

    ZERO stars. SCAM. A .99 in result is advertised and then the company immediately charged my account with a $29. Charge even though I only agreed to a trial subscription. I emailed them within minutes to complain and seek refund only to be emailed that a refund isn’t possible. DI NOT USE THIS TEST OR SERVICE. I WANT A REFUND.

    BEWARE! Tread carefully with this website. If you select a $.99 trial, they will charge you $39.99 for a one month subscription without your permission and then refuse to refund you based on false statements. Deplorable business practices and customer “service”.

    Terrible business who just wants your card number so they can charge whatever they want. Showed the charge would be for $0.99 then after checking my bank statement I was charged $70. Their process is confusing and misleading AND to top it off cant even login to use what they charged me for. This company is terrible! They refuse to issue a refund.

    Terrible business who just wants your card number so theh can charge whatever they want. Showed the charge would be for $0.99 then after checking my bank statement I was charged $70. Their process is confusing and misleading AND to top it off cant even login to use what they charged me for. I immediately canceled and recieved an email confirming the cancelation. Then 12 minutes later I received an email saying thank you for upgrading. This company is terrible! They refuse to issue a refund and now refuse to continue communicating with me.

    Sneaky business practices trick you into subscribing, then hide and force you into an AI Chatbot to cancel the subscription that forces you to "Give Up" multiple times while spamming you with "deals."

    This company uses deceptive practices to ensnare people and then bills relentlessly. they make it extremely hard to disengage from the billing. They are unscrupulous and if you go to Reddit, you will see a lot of people who got taken in by them and had great difficulty getting the company to stop its relentless billing practices.
