I signed up for a subscription on February 22nd of this year for a service called Ad tranquility, that promised to block spam from my phone. The service was for 9.99 a month and to use it requires installing an app. Last week, while going through my bank statement, I discovered that Ad tranquility had drastically over charged me. I contacted support via email because there is no customer service line to speak to a person and they canceled my subscription. They only refunded me for charges occurring within 60days of the date I contacted them. Mind you, they over charged me. They refuse to refund anything prior to 60days, which is 5 charges of 9.99. Again, they over charged me, they made the mistake and should refund those charges. Any other business would do that. This business flat out refuses to and claims its company policy that there is a 60 day window of refunds being an option. Again, they overcharged me. I regret that I didn't catch this sooner, shame on me for trusting this company. When I signed up in February, there was no mention of this refund policy and I enrolled in the 9.99 subscription. I have an email of a customer service representative, claiming I signed up for a 12.99 subscription also, which is a lie. That amount was never charged to my bank account and so far the refunds issued were only for 9.99. If that were true, they seem to owe me more money back. I don't understand how a business refuses to fix their errors and essentially make it the customers fault. This is not ethical in my opinion. I will figure out a way to safely upload copies of my bank statement also.

AdTranquility charged my debit card 4 times at $42.69 totaling $170.76. I did not give them my card number! I did not authorize them to charge my card! I want my $170.76 back!
