    I purchased product from Emile Henry directly that arrived broken and defective. I contacted them, they asked for documentation and photographs which were provided, then they stopped responding to my inquiries presumably so they would not have to refund me. I had to turn them over to my credit card company to attempt to retrieve funds. What a crooked despicable company. I will never purchase an Emile Henry product again and I suggest that you don’t either. Poor poor customer service and poor quality products. I highly suggest that you buy Le Creuset instead.

    I have a product under warranty and went to fill out the Consumer Warranty Submission Form for a replacement. However, the file size of my photo is too large no matter what I do. I sent an e-mail to the company with all of the information from the Consumer Warranty Submission Form in the e-mail and attached my photo. I asked if it was possible to create the claim via e-mail, or what I should do since I can't attach a photo to the Consumer Warranty Submission Form. I never received a response so I kept following up. It's been over a month and I still have not received a response. I was lead to believe that this company provides great customer service, yet I am sorely disappointed. The website states to expect a 7-10 business day turnaround time, yet it has been a month and I've heard nothing. I have asked if they can, at the very least, provide confirmation that my message has been received, but I have heard nothing.

    I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am with this company. I placed an order on November 30th, 2022, which is now cancelled. I sent a message on their website for customer service twice and never got a response. I then emailed their direct customer service email on 12/08/2022. I got a response same day saying that they were backed up but that the order should ship out that week. On the 14th I received an email saying that my order was still in process. I then reached out again on the 15th asking for another update because it had still not shipped and did not receive a response. I emailed again, the same email on the 16th thinking maybe they had not received the first one and still got no received a response. I was trying to at least get an updated time frame considering my order were meant for someone for Christmas. Because of the none responsiveness, I decided to call the customer service number today at 10:56am. I was transferred to extension 114, Peggy I believe, and had to leave a voicemail because there was no answer. I decided to email one last time at 11:08am to just try to get in touch with literally anyone at this point. I just wanted to get an update on my order to see again when it might be shipping or anything and still no response. I called the customer service number again at 12:51pm to talk to Peggy at extension 114 and I told her I wanted to cancel my order. She said no problem and just cancelled my order and refunded it, no questions of why or anything like that. I am completely disappointed how everything happened. It seems like they don't care at all for their customers. They just ignore them and then when they cancel, don't even care enough to ask why. I now have to find last minute gifts. I was told such great things about them but honestly, I haven't seen any of it to be true. I understand it is holiday time and it gets busy but ignoring your customers is just ridiculous.
