    exceptional expertise in helping me resolve my credit challenges. Usually you get robots to talk to and not a real person. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for how professional warm and compassionate she is. She eased my concerns immensely. Thank You.

    I am very ANGRY! when I called a fe w weeks ago, I was under the impression that I was paying my debt NOT paying for your services. I am out over $350.00 that I thought was going toward the payment of my debt. I feel I was scammed and taken advantage of. You may have cheated me out of my money, but you will NOT GET ONE MORE RED CENT FROM ME!! you are dishonest and took advantage of me. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN!!!

    Mekaila Is a Saint. She gave me so much information about my credit report that I haven’t even known for YEARS! She helped me out TREMENDOUSLY! She was Kind, patient, knowledgeable and relatable. She sounds so mature for her age and she’s a professional young lady. At the end, I was just showering her with compliments, professionally and personally. God Bless her.

    I initially signed up in early June, 2025, after getting talked into it. I was told that there would be just an initial fee, which I was ok with. After I started seeing other fees being withdrawn from my checking account. I called asap to cancel also in June 2025. I was told it was canceled. Now, in early July, I see another fee of $99 withdrawn. I contact them again and they are telling me it only got canceled on July 5th and they won't refund the $99 because it had been active for a month. Apparently a different company signs you up, so whoever I called in June was not the right company. But, did they tell me it wasn't the Credit Joy Company itself? No! So sneaky and misleading. Now I'm out $99 plus other miscellaneous fees. Just ridiculous!!
