Complete scam of a company. Predatory business and wording and lie about what they truly offer.

I am currently disputing a charge with my bank now because Dispute Beast tells me that my card didn’t go through. I have just sent them screenshots of the pending transaction from when it first began and now this morning. Granted day is Sunday I will have to look again on Tuesday to find the settled transaction. But thus far, it seems that they are willfully, unhelpful, so busy trying to prove me wrong instead of listening to my concern and help with a solution. Initially the first bull story they told me was that my bank blocked the card back in September; today, six months later I’m using a different bank to make this purchase, so that’s made up excuse number one. Made up excuse number two is that the card was declined for insufficient funds. I sent them screenshot as I mentioned and so far no response. I thought they were decent up until now, but protect your credit & money at all costs and I recommend using a prepaid card so they don’t have access to your all of your funds. This is a company that is supposed to help you with incorrect transactions by institutions that are taking advantage of the customer . The irony is not lost on me; if they are this careless with your funds I can only imagine a data leak or some mishandling of my credit profile is imminent. BUYER BEWARE

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t go as expected, especially when it involves your finances—and we’re here to help clarify. Just to provide context: Dispute Beast itself does not charge you directly. Your payment was for Beast Credit Monitoring, which is a separate service that provides the credit reports Dispute Beast uses to create your attacks. Without those reports, we’re unable to proceed, which is why this step is so important. On April 6th at 1:07 AM, we proactively emailed you to let you know that the payment attempt was declined. You responded quickly at 1:16 AM and explained you were using a different card this time. By 9:10 AM, our team followed up with a screenshot from the Beast Credit Monitoring system showing the declined status. You also shared a screenshot showing the transaction listed as “pending,” which we appreciate. In many cases, a pending charge that doesn’t complete will drop off automatically or be reversed by the bank. That’s why we recommended reaching out to your bank for confirmation and next steps. We want to reassure you of the following: • Dispute Beast never received any funds—the transaction did not complete. • We do not store or access your banking information. • Your credit profile has not been touched or affected in any way. • We offer a 110% money-back guarantee and maintain strict data privacy standards. • We’ve now requested cancellation of your Beast Credit Monitoring account as you asked. We understand your concerns and genuinely appreciate the chance to clear up any confusion. If there’s anything else you need, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]—our team is always here to support you.

This is bull****, I used it for months and the only increase has came from nothing to do with dispute beast, in fact most of the letters sent got responses stating they believed my letters were from a 3rd party and now since I’ve “ attacked “ I have company’s “ attacking “ me with my first judgment case next month, so far it’s done nothing but worsen my already horrible situation which is partially my fault due to hardships and forced to choose paying this and not that but I’ve also been a victim of identity theft and for a good while now, been required to use an PIN number supplied by the IRS for over a decade now because of it and that was the hopes for using dispute beast, helping me clean up things that I didn’t have the knowledge to do the right way but it appears neither did they Sent from my iPhone
