    This company has potential. However, it has decided to become a joke. They offer a monthly subscription and try to limit what you send to 1,000 customers per day and then they hide. They run away from their customers. They COULD be great, but they are cowards. They try to indirectly pay for good reviews so don't be shocked if this 1/5 customer review rating is actually lower than it actually is.

    I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one in order to stop this company from charging me. I am the director of a nonprofit cat rescue. We couldn't afford the donor management software we wanted so we decided to try Engagebay.
    There should be an easy way to cancel your account, but NO! I looked everywhere to figure out how to cancel but all I found was that you have to email them. I emailed and never got a reply. I am a super busy person so this subscription kept squeaking through. The live chat feature would take forever to get an answer and I would have to sign out before I got an answer on how to cancel.
    A few days ago, I tried the live chat again and it took hours to get an answer. Instead of telling me they will cancel my account, they asked me why I wanted to cancel. When I told them why, they asked me how they could keep our business. I told them I just wanted to cancel. Then NO ANSWER! I finally had to go do something else. When I was able to sign back in a couple days later, instead of receiving the information on how to cancel my account, the chat agent has sent me the suggestion that we pause the payments for 1-2 months and then see if we still want to cancel. At this point I had already ordered a new debit card in order to stop their charges. After I mentioned that, the live chat agent almost immediately replied that they have cancelled my account and I'll receive an email confirmation in 12 - 24 hours.
