    This establishment has poor to no customer service. When you approach no one makes an attempt to assist you or greet you. One person in particular (a mid-aged black man, medium build, about 5'8" with a low cut) displayed a repelling and outright rude disposition.

    On Monday August 21, 2023, I went to DECO to grab some lunch. I decided to go to Stu & Sammy's, after reviewing the menu on the wall I decided to go with a blackened chicken caesar wrap but was unable to find anywhere on the self-order kiosk. When I approached the stand for help with my order the person, I previously referenced, at the registered gave me a cold blank stare as if I (or maybe he) had no business there. With not one word spoken, not a "hi", "hello", or a "may I help you," I said, "I changed my mind" and walked to Cactus Cantina where I always get a good meal and decent service.

    Today, Friday, August 25, 2023, I tried again. However, today was worse than Monday. When I approached the stand, the same individual was there. He stood in the kitchen and stared at me while I stood at the register for help. When I attempted to ask for help, because the wrap was not on the kiosk, he cut me off immediately (not trying to hear what I was attempting to say) and repeated enter your order on the computer while pointing. He did that about 3 to 4 times each time I attempted to let him know I was unable to find my selection. Once he stopped cutting me off, I asked "may I speak?" It was then I let him know I couldn't find the wrap on the computer kiosk and that's why I was unable to order previously in addition to his attitude. He told me he didn't care about what I thought of his attitude and told me bye.

    This kind of treatment is unacceptable; I will not return. I will also make a point to let my firm know, so we don't mistakenly use their services for any of our events.
