    A complete bait and switch from the original quote given by the same technician that completed the work. I provided the materials listed on the quote, and the technician still added the fee to the bill because it took him two hours more than he anticipated to wire up a switch. It wasn’t due to a material issue but his incompetence. The representative I spoke to earlier in the week removed the material cost of $285 from the quote because I informed them I had purchased the materials as quoted. When the technician arrived I provided the material and he confirmed and agreed to the usage. When he decided to reinstate the fee I called back to speak to the representative who removed it. She said the technician is the one who added that fee back to the bill even though it was removed previously, because it took him over two hours more to finish the work. I guess he decided to add extra fees for his incompetence. I would definitely not recommend this company due to the fact they do not honor their pricing, nor employ honest technicians. I also had to reconnect my Wi-Fi hours into the job because the technician could not wire up a simple switch and my Wi-Fi remained disconnected for more than the 10-15 minutes he stated. He claims to be a professional electrician, but my Internet was out for over three hours today due to his incompetence. The tech was at my home for over 6 hours dropping tools on my wood floor, stating he installed things upside down which required him to fix his issues, and just mad at himself. Definitely unprofessional and not worth the time or the cost.
